The location in the heart of the city was fantastic. I was able to easily explore the old part of the town and it was not far from the centre. The hotel was very close to the metro station, making it convenient for transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the area.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location of the hotel in the old part of the town was perfect. We were able to walk to all the tourist spots easily and it was so close to the castle. The hotel facilities were great - the kitchen had everything we needed, and we even received a lovely welcome gift. The staff, especially Joana, was fantastic. They were always available to help and gave amazing recommendations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we appreciated the option for ventilation in our room. the location in the neighborhood by foot was unbeatable.

It was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, being close to the castle and not far from the city center. We were able to explore the neighborhood on foot and easily access all the attractions. The staff was friendly and always responsive, offering recommendations and even storing our bags after check-out. We would definitely stay here again!
